Why am I getting an error message when trying to access course reserves in Canvas?

Please note that you need to use your NetID New School email address--not an alias--to access Course Reserves in Canvas. Aliases will lead to an error page. 

Please go to your profile settings [https://canvas.newschool.edu/profile/settings] in Canvas > then "Ways to Contact" to make sure your netID@newschool.edu email is starred/set as your default. Course Reserves uses your NetID email to match you to your courses.
